Thracian Pale Ale malt is made from two-row Spring barley varieties. It's a classic, premium product with a rich malty aroma and it's the perfect choice for ales and special lagers. The colouring power of Pale Ale Malt is not too strong, which makes it perfect for subtle colour correction of regular lagers. Thracian Pale Ale is a top-quality malt cultivated in accordance with Agro 2.1, 2.2 integrated management system standards. Our production process adheres to the guidelines of the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) and the most stringent international quality assurance standards (FSCC 22000).

The malting barley we use is sourced exclusively from Eastern Macedonia and Thrace and is a product of our contractual farming program that was introduced in 2006 and serves as the primary source of income for hundreds of families from our region.

Our malting plant employs the traditional method of production: water and barley, with no additives or supplements. Our plant produces top-quality malt from two-row Spring barley varieties, cultivated in accordance with Agro 2.1, 2.2 integrated management system standards, under the most stringent international quality assurance standards (FSCC 22000).
